May 2026 School Board Meeting
Our next school board meeting will be held on May 13~
This month Closed Session starts at 3:10 p.m. with a 10 minute open statement period for the public starting at 3:00 p.m.. The board will then go into session from 3:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Our regular Open Session board meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Elementary School Cafeteria.
Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Board agendas and packets are posted to the website on the Friday preceeding Wednesday's board meeting.
If you are interested in knowing what is going on within the district we encourage you to join us!

Project Share Summer Camp 2026
Project SHARE will be hosting an exciting summer camp filled with fun activities, hands-on learning, and opportunities for students to stay active and engaged.
Dates: June 15th - June 25th Half days at the Primary School Time: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Dates: June 29th - July 24th Full-days at the Elementary School Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Camp will be closed on the following dates: June 19th, July 2nd & July 3rd~

Summer School 2026
Get ready for a fun and engaging Summer School experience! Students will have the opportunity to keep learning, explore new activities, and stay connected with friends.
Dates: June 8th - June 26th, 2026 (Closed on 6/19) Time: 8:00am - 12:00 pm Location: Happy Valley Primary School

Club/Camp Information
Our district is offering a selection of clubs and camps for students this season. Details for each program—including meeting days and times—are listed below for families who are participating or who wish to participate.
MATH - Brain Busters Club runs from March 5th - April 23rd
HVP - Tues. & Thurs. 2:30PM - 3:30PM HVE - Tues. & Thurs. 2:45PM - 3:45PM
No Club Sessions on Minimum Days or Spring Break
Art Club - runs from April 15th - May 20th (Wednesdays)
HVP - Wednesdays 2:30PM - 3:30PM HVE - Wednesdays 2:45PM - 3:45PM
Baseball Club - April 22nd - May 27th (Wednesdays)
HV Elementary School - 2:45PM - 3:45PM
Primary School Students will take the bust to the Elementary School at 2:15 PM for this club.
