BOARD PRESIDENT ~

Jodi Shearman (term end date: 12/10/2026)

As a proud Happy Valley native, I'm honored that our children are now the third generation in our family to attend this school district. I'm deeply grateful for the citizens of Happy Valley who, for decades, have modeled what it means to build a strong, connected community. 
 

It is my privilege to serve this community as a school board member, and to help ensure a bright future for all of our students.

BOARD VICE PRESIDENT~

Cheryl Best (term end date: 12/10/2026)

I grew up right here in Happy Valley and feel incredibly grateful to be raising my own family in the same close-knit community. 

My husband and I  are both graduates of Happy Valley Elementary, and now our boys are too.

I enjoy being a homemaker, raising our kids, and taking care of our small farm. Whether I'm cooking a homemade meal, gathering eggs, getting vegetables from the garden or watching our children grow, I find joy in the everyday. 

I am honored to be a part of the Happy Valley Board.

Erin Ciapponi (term end date: 12/08/2028)

I was born and raised in Happy Valley and attended the Happy Valley schools from Kindergarten through the 8th grade. 
 
I have been married for 19 years to another Happy Valley local and our children now attend these great schools. 
 
I have a heart for our community and am honored to serve as a board member in this district.

Josh Hancock (term end date: 12/08/2028)

I am a dedicated advocate for transparency, parental rights, and responsible school governance. 
 
I was raised in Happy Valley and attended Happy Valley and West Valley schools. 
 
As a parent, small business owner, and engaged community member I bring a practical, common-sense approach to decision-making on the board.

BOARD MEMBER~

Jacque Brousseau (term end date: 12/10/2026)

I am a devoted mom, Coast Guard wife and Emergency Room Nurse. In my free time I enjoy fishing with my husband, outdoor activities, relaxing on our farm and watching the sun set over the mountains from my kitchen window. 
 

Mine and my husbands greatest achievement is our three beautiful children. I am so proud to watch them grow and support the community we get to raise them in!
