Ethics Training

California law requires local governing board members to complete ethics training to promote ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability in public service. Governing board members are required to complete the applicable ethics training within the timeframes established by law and to maintain documentation demonstrating completion of the training.

Happy Valley Union Elementary School District is committed to transparency and compliance with these requirements. Records documenting the ethics training completed by members of the District’s Governing Board are available for public inspection and/or request, as applicable under California law.
